CPP ATV Warranty & Return Policy
Limited Lifetime Warranty
All GEAR REDUCTIONS manufactured by CPP ATV come with a limited lifetime warranty for the original purchaser.
Return Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the delivery date. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, we are unable to accept a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- New and unused
- In its original packaging
Returns may be subject to:
- A 20% restocking fee
- Shipping charges, which will be deducted from the refund
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product shipped by CPP ATV.
Return Process
- Contact a CPP ATV team member to initiate a return.
- Provide tracking information once the return has been shipped.
Exclusions
- TEE-SHIRTS and Stickers are non-returnable and are excluded from our return policy.
- Aftermarket parts and accessories not manufactured by CPP ATV are subject to the return and warranty policies of their respective manufacturers.
